What are the shipping options?

TNB Records offers National, International and Express delivery services. Standard shipping is free when you spend over $100 otherwise there is a $7.99 flat rate.  Express Shipping is a flat rate of $12.99.  All shipping prices are visible at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping.

 

How do you package your items?

We use specific packaging made for the shipping of our fragile items and we take great care in packaging each item, as safely as possible. We ensure all items have ‘FRAGILE’ markings and we take the time to best select the appropriate box or satchel.

Our vinyl mailers are specifically designed to protect your item and have several layers of carboard to protect the product as well as 'crush zones' to stop bent corners etc.

How do I track my item?

Your order can be tracked using Australia Post's tracking service located at www.auspost.com.au. Your tracking number will be emailed through at the point of fulfillment. 



When will I receive my order?

All in-stock items are dispatched within 5 business days (excluding public holidays). The length of delivery is dependent on your selected delivery option and your location (please refer to our Shipping policy (tnbrecords.net).

We do ask that you consider the current circumstances of Covid19 and high volumes times of the year, such as Christmas when placing your order, as your area can be affected and have slightly longer delivery turnarounds.

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

It is suggested that you first check the tracking details for your order, as the tracking can give you an indication on the details around your order including an estimated delivery date.

In the current circumstances of Covid19 and high volumes deliveries are being impacted. Deliveries are running anywhere from 3 – 10 business days behind the standard delivery times, so if you still do not have your delivery after this, it is best you contact us or the courier direct and we’ll be sure to locate your item(s).

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Where are you located & Where do my items ship from?

TNB Records' main warehouse is located in Adelaide, Australia.  It is here that we hold thousands of Vinyl, Cassettes and CD's.  We offer a 'Special Order' service that enables you to browse thousands of more titles that we then source from our partner warehouse in the USA and ship to us here on your behalf.

Please note: if your order includes both 'in-stock' and 'special order' items, we will ship your order as a whole once all items have arrived.  If you need the in-stock item sooner, just reach out and we will organise it to get out to you sooner :)

 

I’ve received only part of my order?

Given the above info, we ship from multiple warehouses and it's not uncommon for you to receive multiple deliveries if you have mixed and matched Music and Merch items in the one order.

What currency is your site in?

All our items are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

Are all items new and sealed?
The majority of the items we sell are brand new, sealed and unused, however if the item is one of our second-hand or scratch n dent item, we clearly list this in our listing description.

 

Can you order specific items in for me?

What are your payment options?

TNB Records have various secure payment options including; VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

My record has a warp in it?

A small degree of warp is quite common, turntable tonearms are designed to compensate for it and unless the warp affects playback you shouldn’t need to worry about it.

Factors that cause the degree of warping are type and quality of the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) used to produce the record, the thickness of the vinyl and whether it became warped due to heat exposure.  Coloured vinyl is well known for warping very easily and is of lesser quality to black vinyl. The same can be said for transparent varieties. If it's the music and the audio fidelity that matters to you, always look for black vinyl.

 

Is the item I am purchasing in stock?

To offer the most awesome range, we stock a combination of both 'in-stock' items as well as 'special order' items.  This means we can offer thousands of titles that we hold here in our warehouse as well as our partner warehouse in the USA.  Special Order items are clearly marked on each products page and you can even use our search filter to select 'in-stock' items or 'special order'.  We have deliveries arriving from our US partner warehouse weekly so your 'special order' item is never far away.

 

Why haven’t I received my gift card?

Our gift cards are digital gift cards and are emailed to the provided email, after you have completed the check-out process. We always suggest you check your Junk mail box, as on rare occasions this can happen. If you are unable to locate the email, please email our team and they will be sure to help you. Can I provide specific packaging instructions?

We welcome any special requests from our customers in regards to their delivery and we will do our best to met these instructions. If I select 'Express Post' on a Special Order item, does this mean I will get it sooner?

You are most welcome to choose 'Express Post' on Special Order items but this does not mean they will ship quicker from our USA partner warehouse. It does mean that, when your order arrives with us here, it will be shipped from us to you via Australia Post Express Post rather than Australia Post Standard Post.

 

Do you buy second-hand records / cassettes & CD's?

Absolutely! If you would like us to review your collection, we ask that you send us an image of the item's spines and a list of the artist, title and barcode (info@tnbrecords.net).
