At TNB Records, we're passionate about bringing you the best in vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes. What sets us apart? We're proud to be an Australian-owned, run, and operated business, headquartered in the vibrant city of Adelaide.

While we operate out of Adelaide, our store works a little different than some others... Almost all of our stock is held in our warehouse in the USA.  Why? because this gives us (and you) access to a huge range of products that we would not be able to offer otherwise.  It means we have one central 'hub' for our stock to be stored and it also means you have direct access to 'the hub'.  This is how we manage to get those rare titles, indie store exclusives, RSD and other limited pressings.

Everything you see on our site is in-stock at our warehouse and, when you place an order for an item it triggers our team in the warehouse to pick the item and secure it for you.

**How The Order Process Works:**

1. **Order Confirmation:** Once you've placed your order, expect a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

2. **Picked in the USA:** Keep an eye out for our 'PICKEDINUSA' shipping confirmation email. This signifies that your selected items are being carefully picked and will soon make their way to our Australian hub.

3. **Final Leg in Australia:** Upon arrival in Adelaide, we update your tracking link with an Australia Post link. This allows you to trace your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

While our typical turnaround times are swift, we estimate that items may take approximately 14-21 days to reach you. We appreciate your patience and guarantee a seamless delivery experience.

How We Operate FAQ's:

Q: Can I order Express Post to get my items quicker?

A: You are most welcome to choose 'Express Post' on Special Order items but this does not mean they will ship quicker from our USA partner warehouse. It does mean that, when your order arrives with us here, it will be shipped from us to you via Australia Post Express Post rather than Australia Post Standard Post so you will get it quicker than standard shipping.

 

Q: How often do you ship from your U.S.A Warehouse?

A: Friday evening of every week!

If, for example, you purchased an item on a Thursday, it should arrive to us on the following Friday (8 days later) and we will package it over the weekend and have it on its way to you on the Monday.  Most customers are amazed at how quickly our items get from us to them!
